It is hard to believe it is already August. The heat and humidity this time of year really takes its toll on your fescue lawn. Drought, Brown Patch and the soaring August temperatures can leave your fescue looking thin and weak. Every year at this time Lifescapes is dilligently planning the aeration and overseeding of all fescue lawns. This is a nessecary process for cool season grasses in the Atlanta area. We will begin aeration and overseeding just after the Labor day Holiday. It will take about two weeks for the seed to germinate and get tall enough to be mown. Rest assured Lifescapes will have your fescue lawn looking great by October.
